How to choose an office chair

Think about how many hours the chair will be used each day. For full-time desk work, look for a mesh back that stays cool in Colombo’s heat, a headrest, adjustable tilt and a seat that holds its shape. For meeting rooms and reception areas, a visitor chair with a cantilever frame is lighter and easier to move. For managers and teams who sit all day, an ergonomic chair such as the Fursys AROUND gives more adjustment and a longer warranty.

Warranty and service matter as much as the chair. A chair with spares and a local service team costs less over five years than a cheap import that cannot be repaired.
